It is difficult to find employees like Jeremiah anywhere, but at a storage facility of all places, I didn’t expect. If you’re looking for quality Storage, with a front desk that’s actually going to facilitate instead of intimidate, this is the place! Whilst assisting me through the process of getting a storage unit, I also had the pleasure of watching Jeremiah, the man running the office from behind and in front of the desk after just getting foot surgery, fix a misconception with another lady’s trailer by contacting FOUR other stores until he tracked down what she needed and got it reserved right there on the phone to ensure she didn’t have to worry any longer. I watched him patiently and optimistically workshop ideas and solutions while dealing with a man who needed a truck rental, but hadn’t brought everything he needed for it. Then at the end of this busy day, he stayed past his time to leave according to his scheduled shift to make sure we could use the loading door at the back of the Facility to access our unit because the trek it would’ve taken to go through the front door with the amount of stuff we had would’ve added over an hour minimum. Jeremiah was an absolute angel in disguise and due to his incredible work ethic, I will completely recommend this storage facility to absolutely anybody that needs one!
